$100 Non Refundable (Transferrable) Deposit to hold your spot due asap. Installment payments accepted, pay in full by Sept. 1st. Non Refundable (Transferrable) Comprehensive packing list will be provided Nov. 15th.  The retreat will be held at Bear Lake, the Caribbean of the Rockies.  Registration is non refundable but transferable. In the event you can't come and need to sell your spot let the shop know who you sold to. Or you can possibly sell it to someone on the waiting list.

Deposits can be made online to reserve spot. The shop will contact you to reserve the  you would like.

Room Assignments:

Shared King Bed $325 each-Limited spaces

QUEEN-$375 total cost for each stitcher. Bottom. 

Twin Bed-$350 limited spaces

Private room $500 very limited spaces

Rooms house 2-6 people if you have a group you would like to be with let us know at registration and we will do our best to keep you tog

Meals: 

Dinner on the first night and breakfast before checkout will be provided. You will be assigned to one meal with 2-3 more stitchers that you will prepare.
